Pre-Shipment Inspection, PSI in short, it is a non-tariff trading barrier business which was developed from the 1960s. Generally, one or several international inspection companies are designated by relevant bodies of import government which is central bank, financial dept, commercial arbitraging, tax evasion etc. Finally the clean report of findings issued by the designated international inspection company is considered as one of the valid references to make negotiation of money, settlement of clearance through Customs and taxation.
With the development of the international trade, it brings about commercial PSI. which lets the buyers to have general understanding about the quality of the products before shipment.

For smooth entering our export cargoes to relative countries, CCIC has signed entrustment agreements with many inspection organization, such as CONTECNA, OMIC, BV, ITS,etc,to do pre-shipment inspection of exportable cargoes and issue clean report.
